1. Turn off the phone and TV
Shut yourself off from the noises and enjoy the solitude. Turn off everything that would distract you, TV, radio or cell phone and withdraw into the peace to have a little time with yourself.
2. Take a bath to freshen up
Immersing in hot water can relax your muscles and relieve stress. You can add aromatic oil or bath salt for greater relaxation. The refreshing feeling you get after a bath will lighten you mood.
3. Take a nap

2. Take a walk
